We currently ship within the United States only.
We plan to expand to international markets in the future.
3. How long does shipping take?
The total delivery time is:

- Order Processing (Handling): Standard orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday).
- Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly noted on the product page

- Express Shipping: 9–12 business days

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
5. Will I need to pay customs duties or import fees?
No. All orders are shipped within the United States, and customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.
7. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.(Excluding custom-made items)
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Please note:
- For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- No restocking fee will be charged
8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders may usually be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement
- Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, changes may no longer be possible
- Eligible returns may still be requested after delivery
