Delivery Time Overview

The total delivery time is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping & Freight Methods：

Using less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping，9–12 business days transit time via LTL Freight. (Total Delivery Time: 12–17 business days).

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (MST)
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly indicated on the product page

2. Shipping Time 

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Products:

  •  Shipping: 9–12 business days，Total Delivery Time = 12-17 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States

4. Tariffs & Customs Fees

  • All orders are shipped within the United States
  • No additional customs duties or import fees will be charged to customers

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your shipment in real time using the carrier’s website

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays or peak seasons

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement

After 24 hours:

  • If the order has entered processing or production, it may no longer be canceled
  • You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under our Return Policy

8. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
