Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • Items not in original condition or showing signs of use
  • Items missing original parts or packaging

2. Return Shipping Responsibility

Non-quality related returns (such as change of mind, wrong selection, or no longer needed):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fee will be charged

Quality-related returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items):

  • We will cover return shipping costs or provide a suitable solution

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • Another reasonable resolution based on the issue

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@varlont.com to request a return
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back with a valid tracking number

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization or valid tracking may experience delays or may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Funds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange unless defective or incorrect upon arrival.


7. Large Fixtures Policy

Due to the size and handling requirements of large lighting fixtures:

  • Returns are accepted if items meet the return conditions
  • Customers may need to cover higher return shipping costs for non-quality related returns

We recommend inspecting all large fixtures carefully before installation.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement free of charge

After 24 hours:

  • If the order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible
  • Eligible returns may still be requested after delivery
