1. Processing Time

All orders require 7–15 business days for processing before dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

We currently ship within the USA only.

• Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 9–12 business days
• （Default Shipping）Fast Sea Freight (Door-to-Door): Estimated delivery time is 14–30 business days
• Customized Orders (Sea Freight Door-to-Door): Estimated delivery time is 40–45 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or other external factors.

3. Tariffs & Customs Fees

Varlont covers all tariffs and customs fees for customers. You will not be charged additional import duties on delivery.

1. Return Conditions

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. The returned item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:Customized products;Sale items (unless defective);Used or damaged products;Gift cards.

2. Return Process

• Please contact us via email at support@varlont.com with your return request.
• We will provide a return authorization and detailed return address. Please ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging to facilitate the return process.

3. Refunds

• Ensure products are sealed in original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
• Provide a tracking number after shipping; without it, our warehouse may refuse to accept the return.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
