2. Return Process

We will provide a return authorization and detailed return address. Please ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging to facilitate the return process.

3. Refunds

Ensure products are sealed in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
Provide a tracking number after shipping; without it, our warehouse may refuse to accept the return.
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
