3. Refunds
- Ensure products are sealed in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
- Provide a tracking number after shipping; without it, our warehouse may refuse to accept the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
